Q: What is required to install Aestiva Project Time?
A: This Time Tracking software system installs into any intranet. The product requires only a Web server (such as IIS or Apache). Aestiva Project Time includes its own open database (Aestiva Array) which can send its information to an SQL server, but this is not a requirement for operation. For additional information please speak to your Aestiva Account Coordinator.

Q: How long does it take to get this Time Tracking software installed?
A: The basic Project Time Tracking software requires three to four weeks for installation. The setup time includes a specification stage, a production stage during which we put together the time sheet to meet your specifications, a training stage, a trusted deployment stage, and final deployment.

A: No. Aestiva will walk you or your server admin through the installation process.

A: Yes. The admin can set up users and managers as well as who gets email notifications.

A: Yes. The Time Tracking software system archives all time sheets so staff can view past time sheets, even after they have been closed.

A: Yes. This Time Tracking software comes with password access-control. The admin can set which people have access to time sheets in the product.
